The 29th Annual Arizona Songwriters Gathering presented by the Arizona Songwriters Association and hosted at the Glendale Public Library will take place at the Glendale Main Library on Saturday, January 31, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Gather with fellow songwriters and music enthusiasts to enjoy live music performances throughout the day across several stages, open song-sharing circles where participants can bring their voices and instruments, and song critique sessions to continue developing your body of work.

Workshops and lectures presented by industry experts will cover a broad range of topics,
food trucks will be on-site for attendees to purchase food and beverages.

The Arizona Commission on the Arts supports this event, funded by the State of Arizona and the National Endowment for the Arts, with support and sponsorship from Barnett Productions.

Their goal is to offer writers the opportunity to learn more about the craft and business of songwriting through monthly workshops, educational programs, songpitch/critique sessions, networking opportunities, and meetings with producers, songpluggers, publishers, and other music business professionals from Arizona, Los Angeles and Nashville.
